Place was great. They even let us check in a few hours early. One thing, if we had to be nitpicky, was that we could hewr the neighbors and people upstairs. We normally would not mind but our dog started barking and woke up our son and we dealt with that until about midnight. Not their issue but might be nice to know.Overall was a great place

This place was perfect for what we needed! Very clean and had all the amenities you may need. Thankful for the quiet neighborhood and how close it was to a grocery store and breakfast locations. Do make sure your vehicle is small when parking in the garage attached to the studio apartment. Would definitely stay again!

We unfortunately did not enjoy our weekend here, despite having high-hopes. The check-in instructions were only sent to me one, days ahead of my stay, via email, despite multiple emails and texts offering up-charge options like early check-in. There was in fact two parking lots, not just one, which led me to enter the wrong unit, which for some reason, had the same code as mine. When I contacted the property host, they were adamant I was not in the wrong unit, and couldn’t have accessed someone else’s, despite sending pictures of someone else’s things. They sent me to which was my correct unit, when I got upset my code worked for both units. It ended up getting resolved, but upstairs tenants were upset, understandably, and then argued with us about us being able to use the garage and they couldn’t. Which was part of our rental; someone was parked in their reserved spot and turned into 2-hours of calls and texts from the host despite confirming we WERE IN THE GARAGE. Plus, it was dirty and the bathroom door is coming off the hinges. Not to mention the undisclosed pet fee upon check-in. For what’s marketed as a luxury stay, I did not receive a luxury stay.
