Convenient studio apartment a short drive away from downtown Traverse City Positive: Well equipped kitchenette and bathroom, with a stock of toiletries in case we forgot to pack something. Towels are high quality. The parking spot in the attached garage was also great to have. Negative: Sheets were synthetic and not cotton; 100% cotton sheets would make a big difference. Sound insulation is not the best in the building; you can hear when your upstairs neighbor uses the bathroom or walks around. The curtains were annoying to open/close.

Unless you love the sound of small children racing back and forth over your head whenever they feel the need I’d steer c Positive: It was very nicely appointed and very clean and has a one car garage which is very nice. Negative: The apartment above the the room has permanent residents with small children that constantly ran pounding from one side of the apartment to the other, a call was made to management and they quieted down after about twenty minutes but then started right back up until well after 10pm, this was interspersed with toys being thrown on the floor at odd intervals as well. So for the price we paid I am very unhappy with the circumstances and would never book another stay.

Dissapointing Positive: The kitchen was the best feature of the room. Negative: The room was small. There was little counter space in the bathroom, even though there was room for a larger vanity. It would have been nice to have a regular coffee table in front of the couch instead of a footrest. It was noisy from the unit above. My wife had difficulty sleeping one night due to partying from above. Don't think this was worth $250.00 per night.

Would highly recommend! Positive: The place was so cute, clean, and had everything we needed. Loved the little kitchen which we made good use of. Hosts have thought of everything including toothbrushes and tampons! Negative: I wasn’t thrilled with the tiny windows which provided no natural lighting. Was difficult to do makeup. Also, I did ask to check in a couple hours before 4:00 and was told I would be charged extra so we passed but was not impressed.

The property was awesome! Stayed here for new years and had a blast! Host was very accommodating and responsive. Will be coming back!
