Our stay at Luna Cottage was great. The booking process was easy and the host was great at messaging back quickly. The house is clean and accurate to the VRBO post. I am usually disappointed in the cleanliness of hotels, but the Luna Cottage was clean, cute and comfortable. We had 5 adults and 2 kids which worked out perfect in this house. Everything at the house worked great and the hot tub was very clean. The house was also close to a lot of restaurants and shops.

They over booked the property so they moved us to a property next door with broken air conditioner and a toilet that would only flush once an hour . We called and told them there was mold on the kitchen counters and the internet didnt work . To top it all off when I began to try to fix the toilet problem myself after they told us they didnt know any plumbers we found human fecal matter in the tank . There was nothing comforting bout this property knowing wed been lied to and told that with five people and one bathroom wed have to deal with the broken toilet . I complained enough that on the third day they sent out a plumber who fixed it finally but the air conditioning upstairs does not work and the property next door that we rented was being occupied by another family .

Cozy upstairs space, nice dining room, nice hot tub and backyard space.
